  4. Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  5. Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  6. Provide Status reports on a pre determined frequency with a list of Actions and Responsible people assigned.
  7. Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  8. Ensuring adherence to Program Milestones and ensure effective communication across various departments.
  9. Periodic visits to sites to have face to face meetings and report progress.
  10. Maintain high levels of Customer satisfaction and look for additional opportunities to increase the business with existing relationships.
